Wayne Grivell - senior associate
Since commencing with Swanbury Penglase in 1997, Wayne has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects, although he has specific expertise in the fields of healthcare and education. Predominantly involved with larger commercial and institutional projects, Wayne places a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration with all project team members, including client groups, broader interest groups, stakeholders and design consultancy team members.
Appointed as a Senior Associate in 2010, Wayne also has the role of office Quality Systems Office Manager, ensuring the maintenance and ongoing improvement of office project and non-project systems.
Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, reading about cooking and adding to and subtracting from an extensive and much loved wine collection. When there’s time left from all of this, he cycles and swims.
