The conversion of a 1960′s single storey flat-roofed factory into vibrant architectural offices was a challenging design opportunity. The finished building needed to be open plan and flexible and reflect the contemporary ethos of an expanding architectural practice.
Retention and recycling of materials was paramount in the finished product and this reflects how an outdated building considered by many for demolition, could provide a base and contribute to timeless contemporary design.
