A collaborative effort between Swanbury Penglase and Tsinghua-Yuan in the city of Shenzhen, China, this project resulted from a winning competition entry and is one of the city’s major residential estates.
The project was designed to enhance and engage with the natural environment and topography of the site providing a unique residential community that can interact with the natural elements of water, flora and fauna.
