Designed to be the Western Australian headquarters for Stratco, this office building incorporates a two storey entry with a galvanized steel canopy structure that has become the hallmark for other Stratco buildings around Australia.
Concrete wall panels have been used as a direct contrast to the steel wall cladding used on the adjoining factory building and large areas of glass are shaded by horizontal metal louvres or vertical sail cloth in the case of west facing windows.
Major elements for this development included a Stratco Retail Store (1800 sqm), Stratco Manufacturing (5400 sqm) and new two storey offices (1800 sqm) along with associated siteworks.
