The Fantasia Hotel is located in Wuxi City, a water town on the Yangtze Delta. The site overlooks a lake and takes advantage of the beautiful scenery of nearby Hengshan Shuiku.
The Hotel offers 50 guest rooms and 210 serviced apartments, supported by a range of recreational and business facilities. The hotel rooms and apartments are arranged in a traditional building configuration around a large courtyard. The courtyard is centred on a 50m pool with an infinity edge, jutting towards the lake.
The lower two storeys of the central wing facing the lake have been left open to allow sweeping views of the lake from the courtyard and from the north wing of the hotel. The courtyard is landscaped in traditional Chinese style, being subdivided into smaller spaces, each of which is landscaped to a different theme.
Communal facilities such as restaurant, health spa, recreation rooms and conference facilities are located on the ground floor, addressing the courtyard.
